Questions

What can I do with a kit after purchase?

Run the training as many times as you like, with no time limit; edit the texts, cases and design; add your own logo. You may not resell, publish or share the files with third parties. Details are on the License page.

What is the difference between the trainer license and the company license?

The trainer license (200 €) is for one facilitator, who can run the training any number of times, including for their own clients. The company license (390 €) lets all trainers and managers of the purchasing company run the training; you can pay by card or by invoice.

What file formats do I get?

The slide deck is PowerPoint (.pptx) with presenter notes; the trainer guide, workbook, exercises, tests and license are Word (.docx). They use the Cambria and Calibri fonts that come with Microsoft Office. Everything is editable.

How quickly will I get the files?

Right after payment: the download link appears on the payment confirmation page and is emailed to you. The link is valid for 30 days; if it expires, you can request a new one by email.

Can we adapt a kit to our company?

Yes, the license allows it. If you would like us to do the adaptation — with your company's cases and in your brand style — send us a custom development request.

We need an invoice for our company. How do we pay?

On the kit page, click "Need an invoice?" and leave your company details — we will send an invoice and deliver the files once it is paid.

Who can run the training?

An internal trainer, an HR professional or a manager with presentation experience. The trainer guide is minute by minute: what to say, exercise instructions, debrief questions and difficult situations.

Are the kits written for a specific country?

No. The English kits use neutral international English and workplace situations that work in any country. You can replace any case with examples from your own company.
