Motivation and Inspiration Tools for Leaders training
Managers stop motivating everyone the same way: they notice what matters to a particular employee, match tasks and words to their style, talk to the team about the "why" and give feedback that does not kill the wish to work.

Who this training is for
- Managers at all levels, team leads and project managers
- Key employees being prepared for a management role
- Internal trainers and HR/L&D teams who need a ready-made program
- Independent trainers who deliver programs for corporate clients
Problems it solves
- Employees do their tasks "without a spark", even though the manager tries
- The manager motivates everyone the same way — with what motivates them
- There is no budget for bonuses, yet people need to be retained and engaged
- Changes in the company meet resistance: people do not see the "why"
- Criticism turns into a dressing-down, after which people hide their mistakes
What participants will be able to do
Understand how intrinsic motivation differs from extrinsic motivation and what non-financial levers a manager has
Recognize the four DISC styles from behavior and match tasks, words and the pace of conversation to the employee's style
Hear four pairs of metaprograms in speech and use them to offer a task "in the employee's language"
Hold a five-step motivational conversation
Talk to the team about a goal so that the "why" is clear — using the formula "where we are — where we are going — why — what I need from you"
Choose a feedback model (BOFF, SOR, SLC) to suit the situation and the employee, and follow nine rules
Criticize in six steps so that the employee still wants to put things right rather than defend themselves
