Who processes your data

Stanislav Shaposhnikov, Kamelia 158, Nessebar, Bulgaria, email hello@couchinfo.com.

What data we collect

• Name, email, phone and the text of your request — from the forms on this website
• Email and order details — when you make a purchase (your card details are processed by Stripe; we never see them)
• Anonymous Google Analytics statistics — only with your consent

Why

To deliver the kit you bought, reply to your request, issue an invoice and — if you received a free kit or joined a waitlist — occasionally email you about new kits. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, Telegram (request notifications), Google (analytics, if you consented). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data — as long as accounting rules require. Requests and subscriptions — until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent — email hello@couchinfo.com.

Cookies

The website uses technically necessary browser storage (to remember your cookie choice) and, with your consent, Google Analytics cookies.
