Terms of sale
1. Seller

2. Subject
The Seller provides the Buyer with a digital training kit (files) and a non-exclusive license to use it under the terms on the License page.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros on the kit page and are final. There are two license types: trainer and company (see License). Payment is by bank card via Stripe; companies may also pay by invoice.
4. Delivery
After payment, the Buyer receives a download link on the payment confirmation page and by email. The link is valid for 30 days and can be reissued on request.
5. Refunds
The kit is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By paying, the Buyer agrees to immediate delivery of the files and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the files have been delivered.
A refund is issued only if the kit files are damaged and cannot be opened. Email hello@couchinfo.com within 14 days of purchase: we will first send you working files, and if that is not possible, we will refund the payment in full.
6. Liability
The Seller is responsible for the kit matching its description. The outcome of the training depends on the facilitator and the participants.
